Can banned adsense accounts be recovered ?

So last year when i finally decided to do IM i instantly did some dumb shit and got my old adsense account banned. I did submit an appeal but no luck there?

Is there any way i can get unbanned ?
Or should i just cut my losses and move forward?

No you can not get it recovered. But there is an option to get a new account . I know someone who got 100s of accounts banned but is still working on AdSense and earning well.
 
Nope, they dont give a fck about publisher. even if you white hat and your earning is too big, they will banned you. this my experience.

Can i make another account with the same details and it will get approved ?

use ur family details like parents/brother/sister/wife/husband.
 
Nope. New name, new address, new location, new ip, and you're good to go.
