Yes, no doubt that for certain periods Google Ads algorithms are extra beefy and may be at this moment, there may be some experiencing that. In such cases (times / periods), one must get into "volumes" mode. Create as many accounts as possible, on an ongoing basis, appeal all that get suspended (some get reactivated). So, in times of extra beefy algorithms, the "volumes" mode would ensure that a person has accounts available for his or her usage. That is why, from what I know, people into Google Ads, are into it on full-time (steroids) mode and hustle for longer hours than most other internet marketers, in order to keep their campaigns running.
