Call Center Option

I'm currently focusing on Education Campaigns. I have leads gathered that are valid to submit. I want to form a call center to call and verify these leads to submit them. Problem is these submissions have to look Organic, from random IPs. Solution I was thinking a proxy server for the call center. What do y'all suggest?

as long you stay under the radar you should be OK, however I do not recommend going out and getting whole crew to submit leads manually even though they are verified. Its best to approach affiliate manager and explain what you are going to do before hand, and have something in writing from them confirming their approval.
That is not to say it can not be done but it is pain in the bud and you run the risk of loosing entire account not just the campaign.
When I ran similar thing years ago I spread about 100 leads a day across 5 networks, 20 merchants and used air card to switch IPs, mix some PPC traffic, some junk traffic to make impressions,conversions etc look legit.
On the other hand you also can find lot of information about masking,faking referrals etc here in BHW, but also many affl. networks will have option where you can indicate "special program", incentives etc.

But to give you different angle you might try what I am doing now (different industry) by now I am selling leads directly to end users / agancies and don't have to worry about some punk ass AM skimming - Straight business to business.
