I have been trying to read up on this but not much information on it.

This conversation came up when a partner of mine called me up that he is got good number of LOADS in USA Personal Finance: Payday loans, SSID-Disability applicants, Biz-ops, Mortgage, Mobile, coupons, gambling applicants et al and wanted us to discuss sales and what a view.

I kinda confused, but anyway, I'd like to ask the true meaning and the difference between the two.

I will appreciate responses here.
I truly want to learn.

Thanks, guys in advance.

Why don't you ask your partner :p

Well i do like broader knowledge.
He is not a call center person, but he told me those guys in call center business knows better and deeper.
And sincerely, reason why im directing this question to call center guys.

This is a SEO forum though, not the Microsoft support office

No. This is Blackhat Lounge. The definition of the same is 'Almost anything goes here!'.

Many thanks bro,
I wonder why the guy is trying to derail this thread.

Dude,
just need to calm down, if you cant provide answers, just observe and read.
im here to learn.

Leads = Probable customer.
Loads = Workload may be? :p

the less you leave room for the operators' imagination, the less you will have later claims to the result

Loads of leads. :)

On a more serious note, you might have misunderstood something and he probably said "personal finance loans" and not loads.

It's a spelling mistake. Leads, not loads.

Oh ok..
But i think im getting a bit of understanding.

Yes, i had someone said this.
when a lead in LOADED into dialer is called Loads. someone said that anyway.

i do not get this.

Well i think its a dialers terminology.
Like leads they have loaded in a dialer or leads they have called preliminarily or something.
