Bypassing phone verification on Facebook/gmail

Well I have been trying to make account manually in the past two days and all it has led to is frustration.

I know that people will like to keep their tricks and hacks to themselves but if they are willing to share please help me get out of the trouble of verifying accounts through phone on facebook and gmail.

I tried using a public proxies, even tried using a different wifi, used tor, but they ALWAYS ask for verification. How do they come to know that I have been making accounts when I try my best to cover my tracks? Is it because of MAC? And when I try pinger or textplus they NEVER send me a code.

you need clean ip's that accounts havent been created on in a mass amount.

Just use any free text site. Pinger no longer works with Gmail but there are plenty of others to choose from
