If your ISP assigns your IP address, then BYPASSING Rapidshare will definitely be bliss. Below are the steps:
Clean up Firefox/Netscape/IE cookie (for this one, it is actually the one that belongs to Rapidshare)
On Command prompt, open MS-DOS
type -----> ipconfig /flushdns <---Enter
type -----> ipconfig /release <---Enter
type -----> ipconfig /renew <---Enter
type -----> exit <--------Enter
You can also save these commands in a bat file. If you need to bypass a Rapidshare server, feel free to run this. Do not forget to clean up Rapidshare cookie in your Internet files folder (in your temp). By then, you can now upload or download files from their server. You can do this for as many files as you wish. You can also get proxies and apply to the browser, but make sure to choose the better proxies because some of them do not work.
Some Important Reminders:
This won't work if
1.You are using NAT, or if you're behind a router, on a LAN;
2.Your IP address coming from your employer or school is already fixed;
3.You're using a fixed proxy;
4.You have the same IP address from your DHCP
One of the best things about this tactic is that it eliminated your need to wait. We all hate waiting. With this trick, you only have to look for a Rapidshare dowload, press the ?Free Button?, and then replace the URL in the bar with this code:
NOW GO AND HAVE FUN WITH IT!

HTML:
java script:c(countdown = 0);
and hit ENTER or the GO button over and over. Eachtime you do so, it decreases 10-20 seconds. Few times and the link appears.
or you can simply do the code below ONCE
java script: for (i=0; i<30; i++) { c(); }
