Buying traffic to squeeze pages

Hello there! I'm working on a clickbank strategy based on building targeted email lists, I have a monthly budget to invest on buying traffic to my squeeze pages. I'm just not sure where and how to buy this traffic, I mean the best converting ways. I am wondering if you can share your experiences with me or advice me about that. CPC or CPA, is CPA what network would you go for? How much is the average converting rate you are getting from your ad investments? Thank you in advance

Squeeze pages with tiny bits of targeted traffic convert upwards of 50%! But throw useless, often forced, traffic equates to a big, fat ZERO in conversion!

Usually traffic might come as an iframe or something so its not always even real. It's usually not worth your time
