Buying Traffic on Fiverr ?

i just want to ask some questions regarding to buying Webtraffic.
I've seen some people on BHW are selling Traffic for less money and there are also a lot of them on Fiverr. ( with great reviews )
They all say that their visitors are real humans.

1. Question:
So, if this traffic is real, why isn`t this traffic adsense safe ?
(Some provider say that their traffic is adsense safe, some say it isn`t)

2. Question:
Why will this traffic lower my Alexa Rank?
(Some provider say that their traffic will lower your Alexa Rank, other say that their Traffic will increase your Alexa Rank?)

3.Question:
Do you think this all is a scam ?
Could it be that these services are just advanced bots that are linked to a huge pool of residential proxies so that it looks like are real person is visiting your site ?

99 percent of those traffic sellers use bots.

The traffic is obviously not real, although they offer to pick the traffic source like IG or FB whatever it's still a bot, if you are buying this for your website the visitor will be registered but the time spent on your site will be less than 1 sec and if you have google analytics or some other shit installed and want to flip your websites afterwards, it will be instantly detected.

You can get yourself very easily screwed up with that kind of traffic. There was even a case study where this was effectively used as negative SEO, so no.

Keep in mind - You get what you pay for.

Common sense, People Pay $$ per day to get just 100-Visits from Google adword/FB Ads etc. and You want to invest $5 for 3k-10k traffic , So they not going to be safe traffic and no converting traffic.

Have tried to buy this traffic so in short: Dont buy. 15k visitors - average time less than 10 sec, and no sells at all. its up to you
