Hey fellas, currently running ads but to be safe don't want to upload & manage ads from my own Facebook account.
So I'm thinking to buy someones personal Facebook account + use Incognition + static residential proxy, then use that set up to upload / manage ads, and if it gets banned it won't be "business-ending".

My budget is $30, but I don't want to keep burning through accounts on a weekly basis.

Does anyone have a safe, reliable recommendations for this that will last at least 1 month?

I'm assuming best option is to get one from friends or family. But that's not as easy.

What are my best options despite that? Are there any?

If there are, should I be looking for:
- Aged accounts? 1 year? 3? 5?
- PVA?
- What about ID / Passport verification?
- How many friends?
- What about daily activity?

If anyone here can suggest something from real experience I'd appreciate any insights.

I think it's better to buy an account with a history of previous ad spend

You describe the method I've been using for the past couple years. I buy from 1 or 2 trusted sellers here on the forum too, but my main source for accts is just getting them from real people, like outside of the internet marketing community.

I'm not going to reveal my full method, but I will tell you what to watch out for.

First, remember that any stranger who is willing to give you access to their FB for say, $30-$100, is not going to really have their sh*t together in life. Some people just need a little extra cash and are good people, and those are the best ones to source from. But you will run into the dregs of society and people who want to screw you over, make multiple accounts, text you randomly asking for money, etc.

Second, have super good proxies and good opsec around your management of the profiles. I use multilogin but Incogniton will probably work just the same. Remember that there are situation where you will need to contact the person who you got the account from regain access so try to avoid losing access.

When you first get into their account and you have them on the phone, go through the motions to setup 2fa but use the code generator. Generate yourself the the long string of numbers that can be used on sites like 2fa(dot)live. Save it. You will for sure need it later and it will save you from dealing with the person again.

Warm up your incogniton browser profiles using the IP you intend to use with the profile. You have to appear like the actual user. Use a bot or some RPA tool to surf the web, visit ecom sites, etc. Let FB see you surfing the web. This will prevent checkpoints later.

Basically just follow all the best practices. Behave as a REAL USER who is just venturing into running ads. Credit card needs to match the user's area. I use Extend with my Amex Business Platinum and get unlimited virtual Amex Platinum cards, but Privacy, com and others also work. If using Privacy, com, make sure you hit up their support and ask for the non-prepaid BINs.

Amount of friends doesn't matter. Age of account matters most and most users in the USA have had their accounts for a very long time. The reason I let the user keep their account is because a) the user will be using their accounts and that will prevent me or my team from needing to sort of farm it and b) it's an easier ask to get access rather than ownership of someone's FB account.

Hope this helps. Good luck!

Edit: I offer people $100 in two payments of $50. Then if I need to regain access I text them and offer them $20 for a quick 5 min help session. They almost always do it. Sometimes people will take your money and change their password, but that's only happened to me like maybe 4 times out of many accounts. If that happens it's just a loss and not worth the time to berate the user or be rude. It's just part of the cost of this method but this method is by far the best, most solid accounts. However it's also the most work vs buying from a reputable seller. I just prefer to have full control of the account and be in contact directly with the person represented in the profile.
