I want to buy an old domain with authority. I know I can get one from "expired domains" website.
I have
1. Uber Suggest.
2. Semrush.
3. Majestic SEO.
4. And other SEO Tools.

Is there anything else I need to be able to look for a good domain?
Any threads related to this?
Any tips?

The domain rating is an important thing to consider when you are buying a domain that you want to resell or just hold as an investment.
If you own a domain with low rating, it will be harder for you to get traffic or leads to your site, and therefore more difficult to earn money from advertising, affiliate programs, etc.

Check with Ahrefs and Archive.

You may try these tools domcop, spamzilla, there you can view stats, traffic etc., You can easily find your suitable sites.
