Yeh well, this is the kind of domains, that are almost impossible to find online with clean history. Especially the DA25+ requirement is absolutely off. This is an auction material, or if you wante a better price, for this kind of stuff contact @SkyrocketSEO and he can hook you up, but prepare to pay a few hundred at least.
