Is it good to buy backlinks?? Will it increase your website rank or Will harm your website??

It all depends on the quality of the backlinks hahah

If done right, buying backlinks won't hurt your site. If done incorrectly, you could get your website de-indexed...

There are plenty of resources explaining how to find good backlinks so I won't go into that here.

However, it is a good rule of thumb to buy quality rather than quantity. Usually a high volume is an indication of low quality links...

Cheers

Quality over quantity everytime.

You need a mix for diversity, you ideally want niche relevant links.

Avoid like the plague sellers offering backlinks and mention PR.

If you're not 100% sure you know what you're doing then you probably shouldn't buy links.

But yes, with the right links you can rank any site and these links can be bought. Like others said gotta be the right links or you'll just hurt your site.

since this is on local seo, may i ask if there is any difference in getting links from the normal domains?

say my site is domain.co.uk , does the links have to be from .uk ? or the contents in the article has to mention uk ?

I have seen a competitor with plenty of links but it is not ranking #1 (between position 3-5), quite a number of shitty links though. #1 place has a handful of links from local sites.

  • Buy links individually instead of in packages.
  • Deal directly with site owners instead of with 3rd party companies.
  • Don’t buy links from sites that openly state (on their site or elsewhere) that they sell them.
  • Buy links from sites that are relevant to your own site.
  • Buy in-content links instead of links in the sidebar or footer.
  • Buy links on individual pages instead of site-wide links.
  • Keep the percentage of paid links below 10% of the total number of links your site has.
