I don't think you will find one for less than $30 since it is quite hard to get one. My friend sold his account for $350.

It also depends what Tier their account is, how many previous strikes they got, how many live listings, how old the account is, etc.

It is impossible to find someone now selling at that price. The current price of accounts is between $170 and $200.
