Buy expire domain with DA without backlinks

Hi,

I found one expired domain with a clean history, 20 DR but it only has1 backlink. Will I benefit from that domain if I make a 301 if it doesnt have backlinks?

DR doesnt mean much and it can also be easily manipulated. wouldnt bet on this domain with only 1 backlink..

What if the DR is legit? still not worth it?

It depends, if that 1 backlink is very very valuable it is totally worth it to buy the domain for only $10.

No, it would not be worth it. because that backlink got lost for any reason then all DR gone.
