Buy expire domain with DA without backlinks

I found one expired domain with a clean history, 20 DR but it only has1 backlink. Will I benefit from that domain if I make a 301 if it doesnt have backlinks?

It depends, if that 1 backlink is very very valuable it is totally worth it to buy the domain for only $10.

No, it would not be worth it. because that backlink got lost for any reason then all DR gone.
