I have an educational channel that consistently hits around 3000 watch hours every year. Just below what is required for partnership. I don't get a lot of views in the summer because the students are on break so in this period i want to buy around 200 views per day for a period of 2 months with an average watch time of 2 minutes. Any panels that allows this kind of customization?
