buy bitcoin to charge neteller vcc

Hi, i am from India. I want to send money to my neteller vcc using Indian Debit Card (sbi, pnb, icici wallet vcc) none of them work. So i saw bitcoin option there. I dont know much about bitcoins but i bet you guys can help me here.

• Does bitcoins works in India. Will i be able to buy them online using those cards i mentioned above?
• What are the reliable website to buy them?
• Can i be able to load them into my neteller vcc?

1. Yes, bitcoin works worldwinde!
2. Reliable site to buy small amount of bitcoins with paypal is virwox.com (seems to be down atm) but they have high fees, other option is localbitcoin. Just trade with trusted seller!3. I would not know what kind of veritification they require but in theory you should be able to do that.

thanks, it took day to solve this issue but found the solution 'unocoin'. it can take my money, convert to bitcoins and from there transfer to neteller simple.
