I own a website in which I am selling IPTV Subscriptions. My current payment gateway is having some issues and I can't use the service for the moment. I know that paypal doesn't accept IPTV resellers but I saw many websites using it. The owners of those websites buy old and verified paypal accounts to let their customers pay on their websites.
Does anyone has answers for the following questions please:
- Contact of someone selling verified paypal account, including the ID ?
- How to withdraw money from it?
- Does it need a VPN or something else?
- How to avoid getting banned quickly?
