I’ve had a business manager account banned with my domain stuck after verifying it via DNS because of the new IOS update procedures. Can anybody help? Does anybody know how to unlink this domain? Thanks

Connect to Facebook live chat on the topic. An authority will remove your domain immediately.

hi, thank you for your reply. I tried this and they said they will not do it until I verify my business manager

Same problem
i think this is a new problem which nobody knows the answer to yet, it’s because of the new IOS14 update now you have to confirm you domain via DNS etc. It’s a nightmare, support told me it’s locked until I can verify the BM!!!

The only solution is to verify your BM.
Hire someone to provide you with the necessary documents or use your company documents.

If you don't have a company or can't verify your BM, your domain is lost. Clone the site and start over with another domain.

That's it.

Ok, do you know anybody who can provide these documents? Or do you know which documents Facebook prefers? As a bank statement and utility bill is easy, but I just don’t think that will be enough for them (you know what Facebook are like!!)

Hi, I have a question: If I have several domains on my share hosting acc, do they have same Domain Name Server IP's? Will FB see and match as they from same host/source? Is it critical for fb or for google ads, if I use each for a different account? Any way to hide Domain Name Server IP's to avoid penalties? Thx

Hi! There is an option to confirm the BM to you, but it will be expensive. the easiest way in your case is to buy a new domain.
