Do you want the profile picture or the user's posts?
as downloaded image files or as URLs?

You are asking how to code it, or for program to do it for you?

I think I saw some free services offered here on this forum that would scrape those details, I don't remember the thread though, so you'd have to search. Otherwise as a paid option, all the main bots should be able to do it as is fairly basic functionality

I'm using InstaDub to do so...
Is a premium solution but it's the most complete solution for IG.

I've been using 4k stogram and its very good fro scraping all the posts from a profile
