Bulk Emails and List Cleaning

Hi all I could really do with some guidance.

I have a client who is currently using Icontact and Mailchimp, they pay a fair bit for Icontact and I would like to find a solution whereby they are not being charged according to the number of contacts they have.

They have opt-in lists but also various other lists acquired from different parts/people both in and outside of their organization.

Ideally I would like them to be able to logon somewhere with the same kind of familiar interfaces that they use now, upload a list, have it cleaned and verified and then be able to send to it.

The also use Mailchimp to send individual emails out, so when they have an enquiry they can track it has been opened clicked etc.

Most importantly, I don't want any hassles with the service any issues as to where the lists come from etc.

The lists are all vacation/real estate so nothing iffy.

Just looking for an AIO hosted/vpd/server solution (if there is such a thing).

Please let me know ASAP as I would like to put this one to bed.

The first thing is do you know that your email is being sent to the inbox or not ? it because if your email not deliver to inbox so you wont get any click rates or open rates for that. There are many software used to sent our bulk emailing.But problem can also exist in your contact list (email address list). Before you move to sent out emails you should have clean list to send the blast. If your emails has spam traps and bounces then you will have a big problem with your open rates and click rates. As you will be notified that your email have been sent but its not being delivered.

For sending out emails you should always use a software which provides your dedicated SMTPs, IPs and domains. Many of the software tell you that they will provide your dedicated stuff but they don't. Shared SMTPs can cause you many problems such as error while sending, slow speed, not delivery emails to inbox, etc. Well I have been working on this all and tried many companies. I would really prefer to choose a company which provides you all the stuff under one roof. I have found a company which provides both of the services with the best results. I would like to suggest you and all the users of emailing marketing.
