Looking for someone for ongoing continued business. I need to send out bulk emails. These are from lists of old leads, and some optin data.
I want to get a solution with full ip rotation(256 ips or so.) I need someone who can maintain the ip reputation, manage domains, setup new vps instances if needed, manage the mta, domain keys, etc. and make sure the overall system is delivering emails and not being prevented from relaying. I am thinking very low volume per ip like 100-200 emails per ip per day.
Again my overall concentration is on delivery and acceptance of the email not blasting out to millions of people or constantly harassing them either.
