building new site and using deindexed domain SSL

I have separate hosting account for one of my website. That site has been ranking for some time and not a long time it has been hit with penalty or who knows what, it is gone now. Completely deindexed and useless now. It has SSL issued to that domain.

I just built a new website under the same hosting using Addon domain feature. Now when I click on the new sites certificate, I see this:
"Issued to: mynewdomain.oldpenalizeddomain.com"

I wonder would this be a footprint and cause any issues when ranking?
