Yesterday I watched a youtube video from Charles Float on an affiliate website case study. That's how I learned about TB Solutions domains. They specialize in undropped high authority domains for pbn building. I'm not interested in building out my own pbn but I was curious to see what they had to offer.
I have a white hat site that I'm slowly building up. Only legit contextual links so far. I paid $500 for a DA 80 do follow link last week for reference.
Back to the domains. I found a DA 40 domain for $500 as well that was used for a conference in my niche a few years ago. The organization that held the conference is an international organization with branches in 40+ countries. They use a different domain every 4 years when they have a new conference.
This domain has 250 backlinks from the likes of:
www.fao.org/ DA 96
oregonstate.edu/ DA 88
www.ub.edu/ DA 88
blog.generalmills.com/ DA 82
www.nestle.com/ DA81
While waiting for the transfer to complete, I created a new page with 5,000+ words of content on the conference and organization that holds it. Ties in very well with my vertical actually. I then 301'd the domain to my new dedicated page.
My hopes are that the 301 passes most of the link juice to the relevant new page which will boost my overall site authority. There no zero commercial intent of the new page I created. Its just very informative.
My site is 1 year old with a DA (moz) of 26 and DR (ahrefs) of 44.
I'll update this thread with results as I see them.
Has anyone else experimented with twist on rebuilding PBN websites?
