Building a tool for analytics of Instagram, what do you need?

Hi everyone.

I and a friend of mine are currently building online tool which would allow people to track either hashtags or profiles to collect more or less all the data about the accounts or hashtag.

Currently you're able to:

Create a tracker to track a hashtag, get data updated daily on who's been posting using that hashtag as well as how many followers they have which is a way to find which Instagram users are the main players in that field
Create a tracker to track a Instagram user to see what hashtags they use, how their performance are per post etc.

We're still actively developing and hope to have a MVP release to a select few testers, but we'd love to get to know more about what might be useful for you? If you had a tool that would allow you to analyze Instagram, what kind of information would be valuable & useful for you?

On top posts, what is the ranking position of a particular hashtag.

For example. #fashion #blogger #lifestylebloger

For top post #1 under #fashion, was the #fashion in position 1,2,3 etc. among the list of hashtags?

Or was it 1 out of 3, or 1 out of 10, or 1 out of 30 hashtags. And if so, in what position was that particular hashtag.

I’ve noticed that sometimes hashtags don’t need to be the first one in the title, sometimes it’s buried after 3, 5 or 10 other hashtags

I'm presuming this is a free tool and these are hypothetical questions?
