I'm launching a focused journey to build a single, dominant Telegram channel in one of the most profitable niches on the platform: Crypto.

The goal is clear and aggressive: 100,000+ active members with the intent to monetize through affiliate offers, community promotions, and direct ad sales.

- What software are you using for member acquisition? TG has been cracking down hard on scrapers and mass-add tools lately
- Are you running multiple accounts for the add process or funneling through one?
- What's your timeline to start monetizing? The crypto audience can be fickle - they jump ship fast if the signals/content aren't landing

The paid promo model works well once you hit critical mass. I've seen channels in that range pull $500-2k per shill slot depending on the project. Just be careful with the projects you promote - one rug pull association and your channel's reputation tanks.

Thanks for the comment, and you're 100% right,crypto on TG is a tough arena, but that's exactly why the payoff for those who crack it is so solid

  • i am running multiple accounts, i am starting with 20 To test the waters and scaling to 50 after
  • My plan is to begin soft monetization around the 10K member mark, which I'm targeting for the end of Month 2

How do you manage to get the TG accounts working? I purchased some off the forum here. But every single time, it redirects to log in screen and then invalidates the session.
 
Going to follow this, i had same plan but in adult niche, but was not sure about the telegram traffic quality.

Crypto on TG is not easy mode, you already know that. The churn is savage and one wrong promo can stain the whole channel. But you’re right, if you crack it properly, the upside is very real.


One thing I’d really keep an eye on from day one is retention and engagement per post, not just member count. In this niche, it’s easy to stack numbers and end up with a ghost town. What makes the asset valuable is how many people are actually reading, clicking and sticking around. Advertisers care way more about that than a shiny 100k badge.


Smart move starting with 20 accounts and testing before jumping to 50. Most guys go full throttle, get slapped with bans, then spend the next month rebuilding inventory. Controlled scaling might feel slower, but it usually wins long term.


I’m also curious to see how your soft monetization goes around 10k. From what I’ve seen, if you position yourself as someone filtering noise instead of just posting every new shiny token, people respond way better. Crypto audiences are tired. They want signal, not more chaos.
