Hi, I badly need suggestion. I need to purchase something in Brazil the problem is I'm not there obviously and my local credit/debit card can't get accepted. Is there payment gateaway you can suggest for people like me.

Did you find a sollution? I guess the only way is using BRL so you'll need some kind of brazilian account (doesn't need to be a bank. There are apps like PicPay) then transfer your money through Cash App or Xoom

What about cryptocurrency ? Do they accept it ?

No. None of them. But again, you could use something like localbitcoins to buy BRL
