This 100%. 2,000 words is basically garbage if it can't be easily skimmed. Headers, bold text, images with captions, blockquotes, etc.
The other thing you need to reduce bounce rate is a clear way for users to navigate to other pages. Do your articles interlink to other articles on your site? Is there a call to action / button / links to suggested other articles at the end of your article? Is it easy for users to get to a main directory / article list / category list for them to navigate to other articles?

My Suggestion:
1) Make sure your site loads fast.If you have high quality articles,load time may be bouncing users
2) Are you getting targetted traffic.If you are getting traffic which is not your target ,bounce rate is ought to happen
3) Try interlinking pages with relevant posts this can help

The page speed is 65% for mobile and 71% for desktop, is that good or bad?

As i see i have some posts with 100% bounce rate. Also problem with the Leverage browser caching, how to fix it?

Maybe your site need lot more than 20 articles since it's a competitive niche ? How well do you rank for your top 5 targeted keywords ? Maybe your traffic is from unrelated keywords and users don't find anything interest them in your pages ? Bounce rate might not be the bottom of your problem but traffic is.
