i am looking for bots, services, auto poster etc which would make my life much easier

I am looking for something, what could post in all my facebook groups simultaneously

Creating Accounts in Weebly, Tumblr, Wordpress.com etc

What are your favorite bots, services, apps etc ?

Please save your time to advice me to google, i've already done my research, but just not sure if it's scam or legit. I also used the search function in BHW
