I added credit to Keyapp and had to take it out, as it said you could not get downloads for my app because it needs Android 4.4 or above!
Android 4.4 was launched in 2013!!!

Hello! Very sorry we were not able to work with your app! The problem was not in the android version but because your app apparently had strict install requirements.

Hello! Sure, it depends on many factors such as keyword traffic, your position in rank, your app's quality etc. Usually to see the result you will need at least 150-200 keyword installs for a few days (2 or 3). We had clients that had seen the result after just 100-200 installs for a low competition keyword. If you want to boost a really popular keyword and you already have a good rank, sure you will need a lot more installs to see the result.
