i don't think G can find that unless the social bookmarking site itself has an analytics code in it..

Most bookmarking sites use recaptcha to stop spammers from creating accounts and submitting stories. Google owns recaptcha. As the top data mining company in the world, you can bet your ass that Google can detect the same IP submitting to multiple bookmark sites.
