Book Excel Profit & Loss

Hi Guys,

Could someone help me or give me an example of what a P&L should look like each month? I downloaded Book by excel and it's a bit confusing. I need to start keeping track of this stuff. Any templates or examples would be great! It is just a basic online business with only me as the owner with no other employees.
