Ok, I read over everything in both issues that have been spelled out.
** BMAC vs HepiSmajli **
1) BMAC, I REALLY don't like that crappy line of yours where you said that since he SLed you, your replied, "that is fine but I can assure you that now you will not be paid"
That alone calls to question your character and makes me concerned for you doing ANY kind of JV going forward. You said that you weren't blackmailing him, what do you call THAT? (and that was in YOUR screenshot).
2) BMAC, you never mentioned any future non-disclosure or non-compete clause in any of the logs presented so it is unreasonable for you to expect him to sign one now - unless you're prepared to 'buy him out' of the current agreement. That 'buy out' would NOT the amount you owe him. That is already due him. That amount would be in addition to it and it would have to be an amount that you both agreed to.
3) According to the figures given by HepiSmajli (and not disputed by BMAC), BMAC owes HepiSmajli $1638 for the JV from Oct thruogh Dec. BMCAC must pay that amount immediately - no further delay - period. This payment is not contingent on any other point or any other agreement. It is owed, PAY IT.
4) Going forward, if HepiSmajli uses this method, he would have pay BMAC 50% of the income. Sorry HepiSmajli, that was the agreement. I'm don't find much distinction between a JV where you were doing all of the work voluntarily and only getting 50% of the money vs your doing all the work because you've stopped talking. You agreed in your origional JV that he would get 50% of the income. Of course, if you part ways, you two may want to talk this point over. If you decide it's not worth your time to do it by yourself and pay him 50%, he gets nothing (50% of nothing because it's not being worked). He may accept a smaller amount simply because 25% of something is always more than 50% of something (as an example).
** BMAC vs Abhi007 **
The way I see this one is a JV that was never really started - by fault of both parties. BMAC did agree to include the proxies and did not. Abhi007 never even attempted the method, either with his own proxies or without them. On this one, I figure that a 50% refund would be fair. So out of the $225, a refund of $112.50 would be in order.
** BMAC vs jozvaldo **
Waiting for more information to be posted.
These are my decisions on this JV to this point.
