BlueLocalSEO - Scam Artist

I paid BlueLocalSEO for a google my business listing that appeared to be on maps. I asked him for the login access a week ago which he said he would deliver to me. He never gave it to me. Now the listing is no longer on Google.

No idea what happened to the listing he created, no idea who was doing work for him. But the bottom line is he's another scam artist that claims he can only be paid through "friends and family" through paypal and they do it because the buyer has no recourse and cannot recover their money.

A WORD TO EVERYONE. DO NOT PAY ANYONE ON THIS SITE THROUGH "FRIENDS AND FAMILY". YOU ARE JUST ASKING TO BE FUCKED.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BLUELOCALSEO. HE'S ANOTHER SCAM ARTIST WHO SAYS HE CAN DO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING AND WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Here is the end of the conversation where he has not responded since Friday.

Here is acknowledgement by him that payment was received.

Also telling me that he will be sending me the logins to my listing which I did not receive.
