.com is much better than bloggers blog. First I'll suggest you to start adding fresh and unique content on it, after that do some off site seo and do writing and seo for like one month and after getting indexed in Google search engine and getting good traffic put Adsense ads on it(if you have account on adsense)...If you receive good amount of traffic, your earnings will be high..

A blog site can earn money through AdSense. Perhaps, you might want to apply some SEO techniques first to increase the page rank of your website. If you have increased you blog site's rank, you can actually offer an ad space for online advertisers.

I can say, google adsense is the best way to make money. Get Some Valuable Content, and Earn Money from Adsense.

you should aim for a couple of hundred blogs within the next 2 months depending on your niche and then earn off your blog's reputation and visibility
