It's not dead. People still read written content, right? And you writing a piece of content sharing it with someone is called blogging, correct?
Therefore, blogging is not dead. It's evolving. Methods that worked may have changed. Some died. Some evolved. Some disappeared for a while, only to make a comeback later on.
But as long as there's Internet, any video/audio/written content will be valuable because people will simply want to consume it. I don't see AI or anything else changing that. How we create and distribute content has been changing all the time, so just adapt and continue doing your own thing and you'll be golden.
