Is Gaming Niche Best For A Blogging Career?Best

This niche is so competitive because a lot of people like to play/watch how other playing and already made this hobby as their main income stream so in my opinion it's not the best for blogging.
But if you want to run such blog just for fun/hobby and don't wait it will be profitable in 6 months it could be a good idea.

Did you thought about what you will be writing about? Topics, what will you sell later as affiliate? Have you did any KW research? It all can help to understand is this good idea or not.

Blogging is not that profitable nowadays, you can become content creator on Youtube or IG.

If you think you are fit for it, you can give it a try, there are competitors in every field. It depends upon your dedication and hard work to bring the results.

All I know many companies I knew that were running gaming oriented blogs and magazines went bankrupt. Maybe they didn't know seo at all, don't know.

Video is always better for gaming. Always. Some companies I know survived cause of youtube and twitch.

To answer your question, no, it is not the best niche for blogging.

People don't want to read gaming-related content.

I would get a wheel and play motorsport games on YouTube.

It's one of those niches where you don't need to say anything and only drive well.

Gaming niche is difficult for blogging, try creating content on platforms like TikTok.

Where did you get such information from, I think blogging can be way more profitable in the long term than IG if you know what you are doing. Google is the biggest search engine in the world, so how can you substantiate this claim.

If you're really passionate about gaming, and you are focused on a specific niche within this very broad topic category, I don't see why not.

A lot of people who are active in the gaming blogosphere are quite successful if you connect the dots in terms of their organic traffic volume as well as their YouTube channels.

I would suggest that if you are passionate about gaming and you are laser-targeting a fairly narrow range of sub niches, that you go deep.

What do I mean by that?

You should not only have a blog, but you should have an account on all the major social media networks.

You should also have your own YouTube channel and create a brand around your blog.

Your blog is the written version of your brand.

But there are also different versions.

There's the Pinterest which has picture-driven version, there's the Instagram version, then there's a YouTube version.
