Hey ,is it possible to register to adsense through blogger (hosted acc) , knowing that I've already had hosted one at the same gmail account through youtube !?

Probably not. To use AdSense on multiple sites using same account, you need to get fully approved AdSense account. If you have website with top level domain name than apply for a full approved AdSense account.

Yes, you can. With Blogger, you can make money with your blog by showing AdSense and other ads on your pages.

Sign up for AdSense to show ads

Sign in to blogger.

1. In the top left, click the Down arrow

2. Click the blog you want to run ads on.
3. In the left menu, click Earnings.
4. Click Sign up for AdSense. If you don’t see the button, it means your blog might not qualify for AdSense.
5. Fill out the form with your Google Account or create a new one.

Note: It can take at least 48 hours for your application to be reviewed.

However, since you already have a hosted account at the same gmail account through YouTube, you should use the same account because the publisher is not allowed to have multiple AdSense accounts. Yes, you can use same account. Sign in with same credentials. YES YOU CAN LINK BOTH YOUR BLOGGER AND YOUTUBE ACCOUNT ON A SINGLE ADSENSE.
