Blocked on Binance

Hi guys, I have recently been frozen funds on the Binance crypto exchange, blocking code RW00302, I've seen here guys have the same errors, please tell me if anyone has solved it? and if anyone knows and has encountered, please advise how to proceed and what can be the outcome of all this? How long before I get the money and is there any chance I won't get it at all? it happened after transferring money to a BEP20 network partner, I also attach what I was answered in technical support, can they answer something or attach some documents? They haven't asked for anything yet, but I want to speed things up as much as possible. thank you all, this money is very important to me.support.JPG2.JPG1.JPG

I think that your funds are not frozen, Binance just take them . That happened to me, and of course i lost.
 
If you didn't use Binance for something illegal, you should be able to contact the support and get your account unblocked.

Don't be worried buddy. They have algorithms which sometimes detect suspect behaviour but if you can prove you are not doing something illegal they will probably let you withdraw it. Binance is the biggest exchange worldwide and you can trust them.
 
Just supply them what they need to hear via customer support. They just probably want to hear some info about your last transaction details. It can be solved easily.
 
we said 99999999 before don't use binance they are the worst out their in their terms we signed that they can do whatever to your account and funds even personal data

Why till May 14th. That is approx 2 months away, they need that much to solve the problem. That is fishy.

I had the same problem with Blockchain, and I solved it by transferring the Blockchain Wallet to TrustWallet and everything was fixed then!

You too simply transfer your wallet from Binance to Trustwallet!

Sorry to hear. May I ask why this happened? I think I have used binance for handling enough money to know that they don’t just ban you one blue moon. You either have cheated a user there, or you have been cheated by a scammer who had a blacklisted wallet/other means to deserve this.

Now, whether or not you say the truth to us is your problem haha. :D

there is a way out but the chances to unfroze is 70:30. if your account is reviewed and no illegal activities are seen, then you can recover your assets and withdraw. but it advisable to delete the account after withdrawal.
 
So bad about the situation you're in, this is quite worrying. Please contact Binance through their customer support channel. You can submit a support request through their website. They will provide specific information about the status of your account and the steps you need to take to resolve the issue.

This is a reply from Reddit where a user's account was unblocked. same error as yours. Keep the hopes up buddy.
 
I get my funds out of binance as soon as I can
