Hi

I am operation blockchain account since 2017, and from yesterday, I am trying to login to my account, wallet id and password is correct, but not sending Authorization email to my email id.

Even I tried to forgot password, and its asked my email id, also I put same email id to get the password reset link, but no-email receiving from blockchain.

Is there anyone who are facing same issues?

Blockchains don't use emails and passwords. To access your coins you only need your Private Key.

you will get authorization email for login

I think he means blockchain.info

Try contacting support, if they have any.

Ah, I see. These solutions are good for short term usage, but don't keep substantial amounts in accounts like these.

Not your keys, not your crypto.

Overused catchphase at this point. Plenty of people store tens of thousands + in different wallets and exchanges with no problem. Hardware wallets are safer, doesn't mean that software wallets are inherently unsafe.

I tried. no -email coming.
Contact blockchain.com support and explain, but before you do I'd quadruple check that you're submitting the correct info. There's no reason your login details would randomly change or not be functioning anymore.

blockchain really sucks. Either not available in my country or have some technical issues. I have created new account, and having same issues.

Any other suggestion?

It's not overused as long as "tens of thousands" risk their assets. It's not a problem until it is. Be careful out there.

It depends on what you want. Long term / short term? BTC? ETH?

Tens of thousands refers to tens of thousands of dollars, not tens of thousands of people. People store large amounts of crypto in trading platforms and software wallets without it being an issue. I lost some BTC when Mt.Gox imploded because I was storing it on the platform. I still store crypto on trading platforms from time to time without stressing, statistically there is a very small chance of losing your funds if you're using a platform like Binance or Coinbase, esp. with Binance already being hacked for $40M and still repaying all clients and marching onwards. Crypto has too many cute catchphases nowadays imo.

It happens over and over again. Check this list: https://blog.idex.io/all-posts/a-complete-list-of-cryptocurrency-exchange-hacks-updated

I don't need to check that list, I've written a bunch of auth articles about scams in the crypto space, exit scams, collapses etc but that's why I said statistically speaking.. the chance of losing your money compared to the chance of you storing your funds there safely is tiny.

It's like being afraid of dying in a plane crash and then realising that although there's a long list of plane crashes, the list of every flight in history that didn't crash is literally about 5,000,000 times longer

You are right though that using hardware wallets are much safer, I just don't think the threat is that big in reality, and for anyway trading less than thousands there's really minimal need to stress over it

This happens from time to time. Just a technical glitch, nothing to worry.

Blockchain is not safe at all! Better to withdraw your funds immediately because I have come across a method that allows someone to access some accounts by taking advantage of the recovery phrase function. I do not intend to reveal the method for obvious reasons...Just saying that you should withdraw your funds ASAP! I think that OP has fallen victim of this method, so he lost access to his account...
