Blackhat World Duplicate content

If this has been covered before, then point me in the right direction - I did a search and went through the first 3 pages in this section...no joy

Seems a large proportion of threads I read have some lazy bugger copying and pasting a previous comment and hitting the post button, if their not 100% lazy they might change one (or even 2) words.....

This does not contribute anything and is slightly frustrating (like a horsefly bite - not horrible, but needs itching)

In a lot of cases it's new/ish people - is this just to pump up the message count?
Does reporting duplicate content mean the comments will get removed?

Yes, some people will straight up copy-paste previous comments from the thread before and we do not allow this. If you see any of this, please hit the report button and it will be dealt with.
