Yes, there are legit people who use CL, but I highly doubt they go to BHW's CL section for their solutions. It's not like you are required to read BHW in order to post on CL. Millions of people know how to post on CL simply because CL tells you how.

Then again, if the e-whoring section is removed, at least move CL to jr. vip. Too many times have I seen people complain about fake jobs on "weboftrust" and many of the comments say "this is a fake job website on Craigslist, they are affiliate marketers, most of them are from blackhatworld"

Actually we only post on CL to sale the stuff of our store.

Now we are thinking on growing make our Web page search optimized, if I didn't read a lot of the post here, I will already pay some one to rank our site on goggle true Black hat ways (and fall to the sandbox), since we like to stay in our business for a wile, we are going white hat on our search optimization to our web page. (We are planning to hire someone from this forum to help us on this Mather)

I also learn to make PVA cheaper, how to post more accurate on CL, avoid ghosting and flagging, and a lot of things more.

I'm working my way to the Jr VIP but if you see my stats i use the thanks button way more often that the reply, and I depend on CL treats to keep my update.

A number of people in here have said this or that was done for a good reason......Id love to know what the reasons are, and how much the FTc and feds are involved....people know more then they are willing to share
 
um, what does it matter if she is a girl, if she is not the one actually giving the cam show, but anyway, i don't see how that matters. I think cam chatting is getting guys to pay for a cam show, something they want. While CU and the others are providing guys with nothing what so ever.

my guess is some body took a method and did something really really stupid w/it...like solicit a minor....or solicit an undercover cop. my guess is that these people are so confident in these methods that they're not hiding their tracks and can easily be found.

I still don't see why law enforcement would want to go after individual affiliates, just seems like bullshit to me. After all it's not me hitting them with the re-bill, I get a commission on the free signup. If there was ever an issue I don't see why it would go any further than the networks. I mean fuck an "A", I pay taxes on this shit.
 
if you know a chick who will let you use her picture, you should be cleaner than before. any ewhores should look up the laws on misrepresentation of a person laws.

probably cuz some moron ewhored a minor and some mom/dad opened up their CC bill and a couple hundred dollars charged to a porn/cam site....

the affiliate company didn't sign them up, you did.

But...the affiliate company IS telling them to do this, providing the deceptive LP's, giving advice, and profiting from it...
 
You can interpret the US law in ANY way you want. Your interpretation does not matter - if the authorities wanted to chase you down - they will use their interpretation not yours.

If they view your actions as fraud - then its fraud - till a court decides otherwise.

yup.. 100% accurate zen.. heck even i can find a way an ewhorer violates tons of laws.. the us govt can make anything a crime.. for ewhoring, they can come out with:

fraud, unauthorized use of pictures for monetary gain, harming others for monetary gain,deceptive billing, deceptive marketing, etc..

When I first arrived to BHW all I wanted to do was to be able to read about CS. It seamed the best way to earn some $$$, but as I read, read and read through the topics I realized that there is more to IM than CS....Nevertheless I still hope that someday I will learn the ancient technique :aikido:

Not holding custodian records...... I doubt many ewhores who ripped pictures will be able to establish that their ja|lbait photos are in fact 18+

The list of possible 'crimes' is epic.

If they want you, and have evidence of your actions, and have been able to track you, they will get you.

This is all hypothetical talk btw, but lets not delude ourselves as other forums have, you can get in BIG shit for ewhoring.

Well actually neither the affiliate network or myself signed anybody up for anything...

The situation you're describing is little Johnny committing CC fraud. Whether he signs up to a porn site or buys an Ipod, that's on him.
