Problem is, I don't even know one BHW member who sells or promotes legitimate products on CL.

Yes, there are legit people who use CL, but I highly doubt they go to BHW's CL section for their solutions. It's not like you are required to read BHW in order to post on CL. Millions of people know how to post on CL simply because CL tells you how.

Then again, if the e-whoring section is removed, at least move CL to jr. vip. Too many times have I seen people complain about fake jobs on "weboftrust" and many of the comments say "this is a fake job website on Craigslist, they are affiliate marketers, most of them are from blackhatworld"

Actually we only post on CL to sale the stuff of our store.

Now we are thinking on growing make our Web page search optimized, if I didn't read a lot of the post here, I will already pay some one to rank our site on goggle true Black hat ways (and fall to the sandbox), since we like to stay in our business for a wile, we are going white hat on our search optimization to our web page. (We are planning to hire someone from this forum to help us on this Mather)

I also learn to make PVA cheaper, how to post more accurate on CL, avoid ghosting and flagging, and a lot of things more.

I'm working my way to the Jr VIP but if you see my stats i use the thanks button way more often that the reply, and I depend on CL treats to keep my update.

my guess is some body took a method and did something really really stupid w/it...like solicit a minor....or solicit an undercover cop. my guess is that these people are so confident in these methods that they're not hiding their tracks and can easily be found.

I still don't see why law enforcement would want to go after individual affiliates, just seems like bullshit to me. After all it's not me hitting them with the re-bill, I get a commission on the free signup. If there was ever an issue I don't see why it would go any further than the networks. If they view your actions as fraud - then its fraud - till a court decides otherwise.

When I first arrived to BHW all I wanted to do was to be able to read about CS. It seamed the best way to earn some $$$, but as I read, read and read through the topics I realized that there is more to IM than CS....Nevertheless I still hope that someday I will learn the ancient technique :aikido:

If they want you, and have evidence of your actions, and have been able to track you, they will get you.

The situation you're describing is little Johnny committing CC fraud. Whether he signs up to a porn site or buys an Ipod, that's on him.
