Black hat SEO help, completely stuck!

I have created a jobs board specifically for digital jobs (marketing, development, design, programming etc)

I have had the domain for around 4 years already but have never put that much effort into SEO - mainly because I have no time

Someone has now teamed up with me to make this site a success, we have tried all sorts of white hat methods, we've emailed recruiters, the site is nicely structured site but we still have no visitors!!!

Our website is completely free at the moment, no ads, nothing... I need some help getting over that initial hurdle, I really do think we have a nice (and useful) website!

My first hurdle though is that where do I go to start getting these links? I watched the tiered linking video which looks great, I just don't understand how you can get quality 'do follow' links from directories?

if you have really absolutely zero SEO experiences then the best thing could be to use a SEO service from the BST section - lots of high quality links can be bought there built by experienced members. Just ask a bit around, what they think they could achieve with their service for your website and you'll surely find something.

directory links are created by submitting your website into directories, either manually or with the use of a software - some will provide do follow links some no follow, but dont care about it, you need to have both types for diversification - it is really easier to purchase some services and focus on the project itself rather than try to learn how to do quality SEO at the same time. Just my two cents.

Since white hat SEO not working. I think you have mistakes on keywords chosen step or onpage SEO step.
Just spend time to learn more about SEO here. You will be sucess next time.
