Black hat for google images

Hi! This is my first thread in bhw and I'd like people can help me with this problem. I have a client that was a model 10 years ago and her pics are in google serps and also google images. I've been working to hide results about her because now she's married with 2 children so she wants to hide her past. I've been able to remove results from serps but google images are full of her pics. My question is what would it be the best option to remove or at least unrank positions of those pics to replace for new pics? I'm kinda trying to unrank them with a bulk campaign of gsa ser and viagra, chinese, russian, etc. keywords but I'd like to know more options. Help pleease, it must be ready till november haha.

Try and do what CanuckSEO said. Worked for me when trying to do the same

Wouldn't want to reupload her images.
