Black Hat 101 Does it exist?

So I am looking to you guys for help here.
I have done my fair share of cloaking sites and getting banned for doing so.
White hat side been doing Link exchange traffic buying, Blogging Social bookmarking. Linking, Article submissions, linking, paied text link ads. Did I mention linking?

Is there a primer to BH SEO/SEM?

I Need a jump start in all things black hat.
