Yes, I’ve run Bing Shopping Ads! They can work well for niches like home goods, electronics, and fitness gear. Competition is usually lower than Google, so you might find it easier to stand out. Worth testing for sure!

It works pretty well in most cases, because the although the conversion algorithm is far inferior to Google's, it's less competitive at about the same rate.
About niches, I really don't think your success depends on your niche (within reason, yes?) as much as it is on a well optimized site and feed.
Even if younger audiences are less likely to use Bing than older people, it would be wrong of you to assume that (in most cases) you are big enough to not go after 5% of the market.

Health products are more suitable for Taboola, and most of its users are middle-aged and elderly people.

bing works very well but just doesnt have volume. It should be used for all account always, they even let you copy your adwords campaigns which is time savings. Dont over bid too. older crowd loves bing as they use the defaut on their new desktop or laptop.

I've dabbled with Bing shopping ads a bit. I've found that less saturated niches tend to do better on Bing think niche tech accessories, unique home decor, or even specialized health supplements. Since Bing's audience is a bit different (often older and with higher purchasing power), tailoring your products and targeting can really make a difference. It might take some testing, but these areas have lower CPC and less competition, which could give you an edge.
