Bing not indexing category urls

so i have a domain, its working fine, I now created a blog section at /blog and category section at /category of the root domain, everything works fine on google but bing does not index it I instead get "The inspected URL is known to Bing but has some issues which are preventing indexation. We recommend you follow Bing Webmaster Guidelines to increase your chances of indexation." any idea as to why?

submit your url through bing webmaster. it will be indexed for sure.

thats what i do use, other urls work fine, but once it has either /blog/slug or /category/slug it would not be indexed

bing dont idex not eve 1 of my articles
