I think bing takes long time to index the links as compared to google.

Ping Bing with your page and wait, as well as add some social media links.

Bing particularly like contextual links. A lot of contextual links from a wide variety of domains would be a good factor in getting ranked on Bing.
Also, apart from using your domain as your link's anchor text, you can additionally create a campaign with a gigantic list of 301 links and blast those out with contextual links - it seems that it will gradually increase your ranking with this strategy.
