Bing Ads Suspended Accounts and Problem with Campaign

Hi!
I had a bing ads account since november 2022, everything was fine except that there were no conversions. So i was working on optimizing the account, I even had a call with a specialist who said the account and campaign looks good
A few days later the ads account got erased, i think it was hacked because the support said there are other emails on the account, long story short they dont want to fix it, the account is now closed.
I tried creating a new one which gets suspended right away.
I dont know if its the credit card, i tried a different campaign for a different website.
Any suggestions? I dont mind buying an account or another way of opening a new one that wont be shut
should i use paypal or link a bank account?

It is better to link a bank account, there is a better chance that the account will not be blocked again. I've been working with bing ads for a very long time, but we used to do it this way.

Did you ever have to deal with suspensions? Do you think the website could be a problem? Though the campaign was on for several months

You will never understand and/or get any detail about suspension, like Microsoft are not care about the suspension problem.
